I have a question for you punk experts over there. Rudimentary Peni: What does it mean and how do you pronounce it? Is it pronounced Rude-E-Men-TREE PENNY or Rude-E-Men-TERRY PEEN-EYE, know what I’m sayin’? “Death Church” is an awesome album (U.K., early eighties)
